Our NDIS-funded Music Therapy sessions use music as a tool to support emotional wellbeing, communication, and personal growth.
Whether through listening, playing, singing, or songwriting, music offers a safe and creative way to explore emotions, reduce anxiety, and improve confidence.
Led by a Registered Music Therapist, sessions are tailored to the individual’s needs and can support a wide range of goals and abilities.

What to Expect
