Expressive Art therapy is designed to improve a person's mental health and wellbeing.
Creative music and art therapy enhances self-expression, increases self-awareness, builds confidence, and helps develop coping skills and resilience. Interactive music and creative therapy sessions encourage individuals to use creative thinking and reflect on experiences in a supportive environment.
Art styles within our creative program range from acrylic pouring, pinch pot making with clay, collages, soap making and more.
The program is not limited to art and is tailored to meet client’s individual goals. No previous experience with artwork is required; we focus on the creative process not the end product.
The creative counselling program is offered online and face to face in a individual and group setting.
