Our qualified counsellors will provide person-centered and solution-focused therapy. We focus on building a trustworthy rapport with the clients by demonstrating empathy and unconditional positive regard. We guide the clients in uncovering their goals and building a pathway in resolving the issues raised. NDIS Support counselling available in: • Bereavement and loss • Depression • Low self esteem and confidence • Relationship • Anger management • Stress and Anxiety • Relationships • Addictions The counselling sessions are offered face to face in South Eastern suburbs and online.
