Service Description

Our therapeutic, creative and expressive therapy sessions with a qualified counsellor are offered over a number of sessions. Commonly the duration will be 6 sessions but an individualized plan will be made to suit each clients specific needs. The art therapy sessions enable the individual to process their emotions, share their feelings, discover self awareness and explore ones coping skills all in a supportive setting. All art supplies are provided at no extra cost. We cater to your personal needs and goals and duration required. This service is available in our rooms in Hampton, through Telehealth or at your choice of location in the South East suburbs of Melbourne.
